Biography

Roberto Cruz Jr is an alum of Rutgers University where he attended as a James Carr Scholar and Honor student earning his B.S. in Accounting. Since graduating from Rutgers Roberto published a book – “Cruzing to Financial Freedom.” In addition, Roberto has done numerous financial seminars both in NJ and MN. Roberto obtained his CTP accreditation from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and has over 20 years’ experience in the Accounting/Treasury field working with fortune five hundred companies including Lines n Things, as well as Bed Bath and Beyond.    

Sean Stein smith - mba, cpa, cma, cgma

Biography

Sean Stein Smith is a 3-time alum of the Silberman College of Business (Metropolitan Campus) at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Sean earned his B.S. and M.S. in accounting, as well as an M.B.A. with a specialization in International Business Management. Since graduating from F.D.U. Sean has published three  books – “A Fresh Pair of Eyes – Finance for the Young Investor,” “A Fresh Pair of Eyes – Personal Financial Planning,” and "A Fresh Pair of Eyes - Stocks for the Young Investor." In addition, Sean maintains a daily blog, also titled A Fresh Pair of Eyes, that is updated daily, and has spoken at an FDU alumni event – Reach Your Next Goal. Sean is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey, holds the CGMA designation, is a licensed CMA, and is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program, with a specialization in Strategy & Innovation.
